I am a resident of Oak Forest community.

assisting the board or committee in accomplishing its purpose.
I serve on many different committees for the Department of Children & Families. I am a good decision
maker.
Briefly state any experience you have in serving on any governmental board or committee.
I do not have any experience on a governmental board or committee; however, I have serve on Cub scout
committee for 5 years and PTA for 2 years.
