Ms. Molina noted that a model ordinance had been provided by the Florida Division of Emergency Management and that this was what the proposed Ordinance was based on. Brief discussion followed on the flood map and flood hazard zones. Chairperson Mah opened the Public Hearing for /tern 400. No one spoke. Chairperson Mah closed the Public Hearing for Item 400.
