OFFICE OF THE MAYOR
WINTER SPRINGS, FLORIDA
ELECTION PROCLAMATION
NOW THEREFORE, I, CHARLES LACEY, MAYOR OF THE CITY OF WINTER SPRINGS, FLORIDA, do hereby proclaim pursuant to Section 2-82 of the City Code as follows:
1. A municipal election of the City of Winter Springs will be held on Tuesday, November 6, 2018 in conjunction with the State of Florida general election conducted by the Seminole
County Supervisor of Elections.
2. The municipal election shall be purposes of electing a Mayor, a District 2 and 4 City Commissioner each for a new 4 year term of office, and a District 3 City Commissioner for an
unexpired 2 year term of office.
3. The Seminole County Supervisor of Elections shall appoint an Election Board and determine voting places for the municipal election.
In Witness Whereof, I hereunto have set my hand and caused the Seal of the City of Winter Springs to be affixed this 3rd day of August, 2018.

PROCLAMACION DE ELECCION
AHORA, POR LO TANTO, YO, CHARLES LACEY, ALCALDE DE LA CIUDAD DE WINTER SPRINGS, FLORIDA, en virtud de la sección 2-82 del código de la ciudad por la presente proclamo lo siguiente:
1. Se efectuará una elección municipal de la Ciudad de Winter Springs, Florida en colaboración con la elección general del Estado de la Florida el día martes 6 de noviembre del 2018
realizada por el Supervisor de Elecciones del Condado de Seminole.
2. La elección municipal tendrá el propósito de elegir un alcalde, un comisionado de la ciudad para los distritos 2 y 4 para un nuevo periodo de mandato de 4 años
3. El Supervisor de Elecciones del Condado de Seminole deberá designar una Junta de Elecciones y deberá determinar los sitios de votación para la elección municipal.
En fe de lo cual expido este testimonio de legitimación y hago estampar a continuación el Sello de la Ciudad de Winter Springs en este 8 de agosto del 2018
