This Statement of Work(SOW)outlines the scope of professional services by Veytec,Inc("Contractor")
in support of City of Winter Springs ("Client").Veytec will execute the project as outlined.
Objective
The objective of the services defined below is to:
1) Prompt the caller with the following six items:
a. Permit Number
b. Address
c. Type of Inspection
d. Contact name
e. Contact phone number
f. Gate code# (if any)
2) Send email to the designated agent with the audio file attached
Veytec Responsibilities
Veytec,Inc shall execute the following:
> Assessment of existing network and configuration.
> Gather network information and document as necessary.
➢ Accomplish the tasks designated in the Project Plan and stay within scope of project.
> Provide any additional information needed for network access.

Share recommendations and provide a Statement of Work(SOW) for any follow-on services
recommended.Any recommendations are intended to increase efficiency and implement best
practice design.
➢ All work is to be executed during business hours (Mon-Fri,Sam-spm)with no impact to users in
the production environment unless otherwise coordinated prior to execution.
Client Responsibilities
Client is responsible for the following:
A Provide any required data or information pertinent to the configuration of the solution
➢ Provide a safe and secure environment during the implementation process
A Provide needed credentials and authorizations for entry into the facilities and server room
➢ Perform backups prior to commencement of the project.
A Perform all physical racking,cabling,etc.
A Responsible for any increased licenses or expansions that may occur in the future.
➢ Provide engineering assistance outside of normal business hours during established maintenance
windows.
Project Plan
The Project Plan will have with multiple phases in order to cover all services requested.
1. Phase I-Plan:
a. Requirements
i. Distributed via email to Contractor
ii. Gather any additional information necessary
b. Design
i. Outline all prompted items
ii. Determine proper contacts to receive audio file attached to email
iii. Assist customer with User Acceptance Testing(UAT) as needed
2. Phase II—Implement:
a. Deploy
i. Utilize Unity to implement prompts
ii. Verifies system is functioning as intended
b. Test
i. Customer conducts UAT
3. Phase III -Documentation:
a. Documentation
i. Provide any necessary documentation
b. Training

i. No training is included.
ii. Client can contact Contractor for changes as needed
Price and Payment Terms
Customer agrees to provide reasonable access to facilities,equipment,and personnel necessary to
complete this effort. Unless otherwise noted,all work shall be performed during normal business hours
(8am—5pm) at the location indicated. Veytec:will invoice upon completion,but no less often than
monthly. Customer agrees to make timely payment for services rendered,including partial payments
prior to final acceptance.

travel,lodging,etc. If provided, time estimates
are for planning and scheduling purposes only.
Services Total $1,850 R Time and Materials-Services will be
provided on a time,materials, and expense basis.
Customer understands the estimate provided is a
good faith estimate,but may be exceeded with
prior written notification.
Work Type and Rates
Pricing above is inclusive of travel required for the project as described. Contractor has scoped the cost
of this project to be completed from start to finish(with exceptions being on weekends and major federal

holidays). Any client driven pauses to the project or changes in scope may result in additional expenses
to the client. Contractor will clearly identify during coordination meetings or communications if there are
potential delays in work which could result in a change in scope or expenses. See below for work type
and rates.Rates may be superseded by any agreement previously established between client and
contractor.
All work for this project is covered by the Advanced Scripting rate below.
Work Type Rate Time Requirement
Advanced Scripting $185/hour 0.5-hour increments
Acceptance Criteria
Customer agrees that the following conditions define the complete set of Acceptance criteria associated
with this project. Customer agrees to provide a timely review and Acceptance for efforts submitted by
Veytec as being complete.

Project Change Control Procedure
The following process will be followed if a change to this SOW is required:
• A Project Change Request(PCR)will be the vehicle for communicating change.The PCR must
describe the change,the rationale for the change,and the effect the change will have on the project.
• Both Parties will review the proposed change and approve it for further investigation or reject it.
• Upon completion of the investigation,both parties will review the impact of the proposed change
and,if mutually agreed,a Change Authorization will be executed and potentially an additional charge
levied.
• A written Change Authorization and/or PCR must be signed by both parties to authorize
implementation of the investigated changes.
