Construction of Sodium Hypochlorite Storage & Feed Systems for Orange County Utilities and
located in Orlando, FL.
North System- Installation of three (3) new 15,600 gallon single wall, vertical fiberglass rein-
forced plastic storage tanks under new metal roofed structure, three (3) sinplex metering pump
skids and one (1) triplex meting pump skid.
South System—Installation of two (2) 9,900 gallon single wall vertical fiberglass reinforced plastic
storage tank under new metal roofed structure with concrete containment system, two (2) duplex
metering pump skinds.
Both systems include dosing points to the chlorine contact chamber and ROF controllers.

Project for City of Tampa and located in Tampa, FL.
Restoration of 11,000 SF of concrete, removal of existing liner, concrete restoration, surface prepara-
tion, install steel stop logs,. Installation of sluice gates and actuators, furnish and install four (4) ex-
haust fans, install three (3) access openings and miscellaneous electrical work.
A By-pass system was used to maintain plant during switch over.

This project was an emergency repair project for Orange County Utilities located in Orlando, FL.
Replaced 1,200 LF of 36” PCCP force main with 36” PVC DR 21/25 force main. Installed 2 each
36” PCCP Line Stops with 1,200 LF of above ground by pass pipe using 24” HDPE. Modifications
and repairs included removal of 1,200 LF of 36” PCCP FM and installation of new 36” PVC pipe,
installation of two36” plug valves using cut in PCCP x DIP adapters, 36” DR21 PVC Pipe and 36”
MJ Sleeves. Installation included 36” DR 21/25 PVC Pipe, 36” MJ Fittings, 36” Plug Valve, 36”
Gate Valves. Tie in of existing 20’ force main including new buried 20” plug valves with transition to
the newly installed 36” PVC force main. Pressure testing, restoration and turn key delivery.
This work required a 2 hour overnight pump station shut down for installation of 20” valve on dis-
charge header for future upgrade considerations.

This project was for Hernando County and located in Spring Hill, Florida.
Construction included a new 2 MG water storage tank, high service pump station (75 HP Horizontal
Split Case & 2-40 HP vertical Turbine, disinfection system and emergency generator facility at the site
and installation of two new well pups and well pump houses.

This project was completed for Orange County Utilities and is located in Orlando, Florida.
This project consisted of the installation of new reclaimed water storage and pumping system, including
new 2 MG ground storage tank, three vertical turbine distribution pumps (2-50HP-750gpm & 1-100 HP
1500 gpm), variable frequency drive units, electrical and control building, clearing, grading, stormwater
swales, approximately 3,800 LF of 24’ reclaimed water main.
