Dear Mr. Cannon:
It is my pleasure to appoint you as a member of the Research Review and Advisory Committee (RRAC)
for the Onsite Sewage Program. I sincerely appreciate your willingness to help guide the program in
conducting its priority research to improve the onsite system technologies in Florida. You will represent
Local Governments. This committee assists the Florida Department of Health in directing new research
priorities, reviewing and ranking proposals for research contracts, and reviewing draft and final
research reports. You are hereby appointed to a term that expires January 31, 2023.

many important research projects. To achieve continuity in deliberation of the issues and to ensure

This appointment requires a high level of commitment.
Enclosed you will find a list of the committee members and a copy of section 381.0065(4)(o), Florida

We look forward to working with you and the other interest group members represented on the RRAC
