As you may know, the City Commission will be holding two (2) "roundtable discussions" later this month. We are thinking that a "roundtable discussion" would be the same as a Workshop and would need to be posted as such. Could you verify whether we would call this meeting a Workshop or simply "Roundtable Discussion"? — Tara said posting as Roundtable Discussion is fine to post as. Also, it is being said to the City Commission "come if you want to come" and no emphasis is being made that a quorum is present. We are thinking that a quorum would need to be present for a "roundtable discussion", like a Workshop, and if not, can a consensus between the Commissioners who are there be made? — Tara confirmed with Kate that as long as no direction to Staff is given, no consensus is made or decisions made, that no quorum is needed, but that we still have to post. Lastly, would be do the Minutes as a Meeting Summary like the Site Visit that we did earlier this year (see attached for reference) or should more detail be added, like our typical Minutes? — Tara said that doing the Minutes as a Meeting Summary like the Site Visit is fine. If you could please clarify the above as soon as you can as the Agenda will need to be posted today, it would be greatly appreciated. Sorry for getting this to you so late...
