As long is the map is current as of May 2008, and no other changes subsequent to the ordinance adopted last September were made, it's not a problem. Have a nice weekend, Kate From: Andrea Lorenzo-luaces[maiIto:aIuaces@winterspringsfl.org] Sent: Thursday, July 03, 2008 2:25 PM To: Kate Latorre Cc: Danielle Harker Subject: FW: District Map - Election Kate, In our Election Qualifying packets, one of the items we provide is a full size District map. The latest City of Winter Springs' District map was approved with the Ordinance in September 2007. The full size map shows that date. As the emails noted below explain, we have now received the copies of these District Maps but my concern is they say "May 2008". Is that a problem to you if we hand these out to Election 2008 Candidates as is? Or should we put a label on each map referring to the September 2007 adoption of the Ordinance date just so there is no confusion? At your earliest convenience, please advise. Andrea — Please advise. From: Eloise Sahlstrom Sent: Thursday, July 03, 2008 1:31 PM To: Danielle Harker Cc: _City Clerk Department Subject: RE: District Map Danielle, The date indicates that Brian has included any parcel changes, new street names or city boundary changes as of May 2008. It is not to be confused with date of adoption. Hopefully, this is not a problem. But if yall perceive it as a problem, then you should ask him to print you a new set of maps with the old date. Hope this helps, Eloise From: Danielle Harker Sent: Thursday, July 03, 2008 11:09 AM To: Danielle Harker; Eloise Sahlstrom Cc: —City Clerk Department Subject: RE: District Map Eloise — one change to what I emailed below. The Map says `May 20W, but the Commission Approved it in `September 2007'. He delivered them yesterday and was very timely. I have a quick question for you. Below is the email that I sent to you last month regal -ding the District Map Project that I was working on. Andrea noticed that the map that Brian dropped off to me yesterday said `May 2007' instead of `September 2007' when the Commission Approved it. I guessed that the reason for the updated date was because of the change noted below. Do you know if this would have to be brought back to the City Commission to be Re -Approved due to the change? If you could let me know, it would be greatly appreciated.. Thanks again for all of your help. He gave some engineering explanation that I have to admit, I didn't understand. But I confirmed that there was no "Canterbury Court". Thanks Eloise for your help! On the District Map there is a street called `Canterbury Court' that is near Tuscany Place in Tuscawilla. When reviewing the Fire Department Street index that both the Fire Department and Public Works Department uses, there is no `Canterbury Court' on there. I even looked on the Property Appraisers website and nothing came up for that street name. Does anyone know if there is a reason that this non existent Street is on the District Map? If someone could help me with this, it would be greatly appreciated.
