Randy — do you know if the first agreement was recorded as I do not have a recorded copy on
file? Please let me know. After I hear from you, I will contact the Clerk of the Court, per
Anthony.

Danielle, 163.01(11) Florida Statutes requires that interlocal agreements be "filed with the clerk of the court" in
order to be effective. I suggest that you contact your counterparts in Seminole County and ensure that both the
Original and First Amendment have been filed with the Seminole County Clerk of the Court.

The version scanned in is a certified copy, but doesn't appear to have been recorded.

Anthony,
I came across the `First Amendment to Agreement between the City of Winter Springs and Seminole County Providing for
Transfer of Administrative Responsibilities Relative to Collection and Enforcement of Occupational License Taxes' the other
day. While looking through the City Clerk's Department's notes, I noticed that it said that this Agreement needed to be
Recorded.
Could you advise as to whether this Agreement needs to be Recorded?
Thanks,
Danielle Harker
