I suggest that you contact your counterparts in Seminole County and ensure that both the Original and First Amendment have been filed with the Seminole County Clerk of the Court. While looking through the City Clerk's Department's notes, I noticed that it said that this Agreement needed to be Recorded. Could you advise as to whether this Agreement needs to be Recorded?
