The one thing I didn't think to check...
Lorizette Contreras. Alisa's Kaufman's account at this address finaled in August 2007. She had no
other active utility accounts under that CID.

In my review of AP I noticed the address for Code Enforcement Board member Alisa Kamon was 777
Kissimmee Pl, WS 32708.
Per your guidance I asked Danielle for the Board Member requirements. I also pulled the W-9 for
Alisa Kamon which was signed 8/23/07. She lists her address as 777 Kissimmee Pl, WS FL 32708.
This address is outside of the incorporated City limits as indicated by the Tax District on the Property
Appraisers Report. Joseph Kamon and Alisa Kauffman are listed as the owners. The mailing address
is listed as a PO Box in WS. When I did a property search with the Seminole Co Tax Collector, the
owners of 777 Kissimmee PI are Joseph Kamon and Alisa Kaufman. The mailing address is 750
Tanglewood Rd, WS. The Property Appraisers Report for 750 Tanglewood shows the Tax District as
WS, Joseph Kamon and Alisa Kaufman as the owners and the mailing address is the same PO box.

(5) Has never been convicted or found guilty, regardless of adjudication, of a felony in any
jurisdiction, any plea of nolo contendere shall be considered a conviction for purposes of this
paragraph.
