You can dispose of the copies of battleridge docs. However, keep the AEE studies and binder and file them.
Do not scan them.

2 quick questions please.
The other day I mentioned that we had in storage some boxes of copies of documents related to the
Mikes lawsuit and you said since they were our copy of what we had copied for Mikes' lawsuit, that
they were of course duplicates and could be disposed of.
1) Along that same thought, we have some boxes of our copies of documents and audiotapes that
were given to Seminole County/Oviedo related to the Battleridge lawsuit that we would like to also
dispose of. Do you have any problem with this?
2) You asked to keep approximately 3 cubic feet of binders with documents related to the following
Agenda Item from the 09/24/01 City Commission Meeting as part of the Record:
INFORMATIONAL
E. Office Of The City Manager/Office Of The City Attorney
Present To The City Commission Various Studies, Case Law, And Other Information
Regarding Adult Entertainment Establishments, Sexually Oriented Businesses, And The
Effects Of Alcohol And Erotica And Deviant Sexual Behavior.
Should we keep these in the original format that you presented to the City Commission and that we
have boxed up, or would it be okay for us to scan the documents and add on to Laserfiche as this is
part of the Record for that Agenda Item and that Agenda Item has since been scanned? If we can scan
them, do you want the binders of documents back?
Thank you,
A'nc rex
