ENGINEERING SERVICES—AMENDMENT#3
This Amendment#3 to the Agreement for Engineering Services dated February 26, 2015 (RFQ#
01/15/BF) between the City of Winter Springs and CDM Smith Inc., is mutually agreed upon and
declared an authorized Amendment. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement for
Engineering Services, dated February 26, 2015, not inconsistent with the provisions herein shall
remain in full force and effect.
This Amendment shall extend the term of the Agreement for one year until February 26, 2021.
