Amendment Number —1— to the Master Service Agreement
This amendment is made and entered into by and between Arista Information Systems,
("Arista"), and its customer, City of Winter Springs, Florida ("Customer"),
WHEREAS, the City of Winter Springs, Florida and Arista Information Systems
entered into a contract for services dated June 5th, 2015 ("the Contract"); and.
WHEREAS, the parties have the authority to modify the contract and desire to do so-, and:
THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements contained in the
contract, the parties do hereby agree that the contract shall be amended as follows:
TermThe contract will be extended for the period, June 5, 2018 thru June 5, 2019,
The term of this Renewal Agreement shall commence upon the Effective Date and shall
continue for a period of twelve (12) months from the Effective Date with the option of one (1) twelve
(12) month extension, unless terminated as provided in the contract.
The parties agree that all other portions of the contract dated June 5, 2015, shall remain in full force
and effect in accordance with its terms.
