Community Development Department — Planning Division The Community Development Department Requests That The Local Planning Agency/Planning And Zoning Board Hold A Public Hearing To Consider A Waiver For 677 Cayuga Drive, Located On The Southwest Corner Of Cayuga Drive And Saranac Drive. Mr. Jim Resta, City Planner, Community Development Department, introduced the Agenda Item and gave a brief history of the property. Photographs of the concrete privacy wall were shown with additional comments. Chairperson Mah inquired about any possible conflicts or issues with the local Homeowners Association (110A). To which Mr. Resta answered, "It's our understanding that they have been contacted, and there are no objections." Discussion then followed on the setbacks in the neighborhood, if the surrounding properties had been contacted, and the current concrete structure.
