SkyWays Shade by LSI., SkyWays Shadesure®R high-density polyethylene fabric is breathable, weather -resistant, flame -resistant and blocks up to 90% of the sun's harmful UV rays. The frames (without the fabric) are designed for 150 MPH winds. Shadesure@ tops are to be removed if winds exceed 80 MPH. Color options are shown on page 237 & 238 of the LSI catalog. A minimum of a 12" depth of surfacing material must be maintained at all times. 1r** This is a natural product. Particle size, texture and color may vary from a tan to a dark brown due to the natural conditions of the environment. This proposal is for Engineered Wood Fiber playground surfacing delivered to the site. Freight prices are subject to an energy/fuel surcharge if implemented between the time of quote and placement of order, Installation: Unless otherwise noted, the following items are to be PROVIDED BY CUSTOMER prior to installation: • Site security to prevent theft or vandalism of equipment. • Water and 110 Electric, ® Underground Utilities Located and Marked prior to installation. • Storage, ® Trash Dumpster to accommodate construction waste. • Does not include soil density or concrete testing Installation Charges on this proposal are based on NO UNFORESEEN conditions in the area, above or below the surface. If unforeseen conditions arise, the installation charges will change to reflect additional costs associated with dealing with those circumstances. Examples of this include, but are not limited to: site not ready upon installer's arrival, underground utilities, or difficulties with footers due to coral rock or ground water in the holes. 'The undersigned warrants that h^/she is an authorized representative of the company noted and has the requisite authority to bind said company and/or principal. If any particular billing is not paid when due, all outstanding balances, regardless of prior terms, will become immediately due and owing upon demand.
