• On May 22, 2018, this case was presented to the Board for
violation of the cited code. There were sections of dead tree
trunk and articles of trash scattered on the property,
specifically in the back yard near the back fence.
• At that time, the Board found the property in violation and
gave the owner until June 26, 2018 to come into compliance.
This has not happened and the conditions persist today. There
has been no contact from the owner.
Code Enforcement Division
• On June 25, 2018, the Notice of Non -Compliance Hearing
was mailed certified. It was received signed by the owner of
record on June 28, 2018.
• Based upon the Board's order, a fine of $100 per day applies
in this case.
