Deisler Code Enforcement Division • On March 5, 2018, I investigated an online complaint about this property having household trash piling up in the back yard and excessive loose trash and debris on site. I saw articles of garbage, loose trash, tires, a shopping cart, and other items of junk strewn throughout. There were also stacks of paver blocks on the side of the house and what looked like old sandbags in the driveway. I also noticed the house numbers were not to code standards and there was also a broken window covered with cardboard. A Notice of Code Violation was prepared and mailed to the owner and registered agent of the LLC. It was received by the LLC on March 16, 2018. Code Enforcement Division • By the required correction date of April 10, 2018 there were some articles of trash picked up but the conditions persisted. The Notice of Code Board hearing was prepared and sent on April 3, 2018 in anticipation of the correction date passing since the scope of required work seemed excessive and I had not heard from anyone. The notice was received on April 16, 2018 by all interested parties. • On May 14, 2018, I conducted another inspection and found similar conditions as I did originally.
