presented by Mayor Charles Lacey.

%(l] E R F A S . A BUDGET TREE SERVICE, INC. has been in business since 1982 in Winter Springs; and
A BUDGET TREE SERVICE, INC. has been a vendor of the City of Winter Springs over
twenty-five (25) years; and I I
WHEREAS, Hurricane Irma was one of the largest size storms in recent histo , causing billions of
dollars in damage; and
WHEREAS, Hurricane Irma produced 1.5 million cubic feet of debris in Winter Springs alone; and
- Municipalities throughout Florida and much of the southeast were facing significant
challenges procuring debris vendors due to the breadth of this storm; and
191-IEREAS, A BUDGET TREE SERVICE, INC. stepped up and put their major resources into helping
Winter Springs get back to being the beautiful City that it is known to be, via countless truck trips along
every street in our City, not just once, but until every tree was removed, every stump was grinded, and
every branch was picked up and Hurricane Irma debris was finally a thing of the past!
