• During routine patrol on October 30, 2017, I noticed this
property to be in repeat violation of a past code board notice
for articles of junk and debris on site. I noticed excessive
trash and debris on the property ranging from household
garbage to randomly dumped junk.
• This
case
was
originally heard by
the code board
in April
28,
2015
and
the
case was cleared "in compliance"
on June
30,
2015. The violator is the same owner now as it was then.
Code Enforcement Division
• This Code Board hearing notice was mailed Certified to
the owners of the property and the registered agent of the
LLC on October 31, 2017. It was received by the LLC on
November 10, 2017 and the RA on November 15, 2017.
The property and City Hall bulletin board were posted also
with the hearing notice on October 31, 2017.

Code Enforcement Division
• As of this afternoon, the property stands in essentially the
same condition since I observed it in October. I spoke to
the property manager one time after they received the notice
of hearing but nothing since and there is no routine
maintenance done outside of the minimum required. I am
recommending the property is found in repeat violation with
a $500.00 per day fine.
