There was also a pool in the backyard that presented with still green water. You found the Violations and gave the Owner until September 26th of this year to comply. The Violations as a whole remain. We did take remedial action on the grass to get it cut, and we did engage in some action on the second of October to help drain that pool a bit so that we didn't have an issue of the water flooding over, and it was also treated for mosquito larva by the City Staff. We worked very closely with them on what they felt was the best course of action to completely drain the pool; so.. we went with their recommendations to try to mitigate it. The water that remains is still green and not flowing. A Non - Compliance Hearing letter was sent Certified October I It". The Notice was also posted on the property and City Hall October 5t". I have not made contact with anyone, no work has been made on the house. Someone is coming and going from the home. I don't know who, I have never seen anyone. Trashcans are frequently back and forth, but it's not being maintained regularly. Based on the observations, I recommend that you record your order as a Lien consistent with terms therein.- Photoffaphs were shown from "WS -I" with additional continents. Chairperson Criswell inquired about any other work being done on the house besides what the City had done. Captain Deisler answered. "Nothing, other then what we've done. We've cut those weeds and that grass back and we drained that pool." I CITY OF WE\ rE X SPR11.c .
