A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF WINTER SPRINGS, FLORIDA,
APPROVING A BOUNDARY LINE ADJUSTMENT FOR
LOTS 231 AND 232, TUSKAWILLA UNIT 14B IN THE
CITY OF WINTER SPRINGS, SEMINOLE COUNTY,
FLORIDA AS MORE SPECIFICALLY PROVIDED IN THE
SURVEY ATTACHED HERETO; PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF WINTER SPRINGS, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
Whereas, Ramon Martinez is the owner of LOTS 231 AND 232, TUSKAWILLA UNIT
14B IN THE CITY OF WINTER SPRINGS, SEMINOLE COUNTY, FLORIDA; and
Whereas, Ramon Martinez has requested that the City approve a boundary line
adjustment for the subject, which were previously platted by the City of Winter Springs, for
purposes of accommodating the two existing 1 -story block houses on conforming lots; and
SECTION 1. AUTHORITY FOR TIDS RESOLUTION. This Resolution is
adopted pursuant to the City Commission's authority over the division of lands within the
jurisdictional boundaries of the City of Winter Springs including, but not limited to, platting of
real property. See Winter Springs City Code, Section 9 -2 et seq.
SECTION 2. APPROVAL OF BOUNDARY LINE ADJUSTMENT. The
City Commission hereby approves of the boundary line adjustment of LOTS 231 AND 232,
TUSKAWILLA UNIT 14B IN THE CITY OF WINTER SPRINGS, SEMINOLE COUNTY,
FLORIDA, as more specifically legally described and depicted on the attached Map of Boundary
Survey prepared by Coast and Island Survey, dated October 10, 2017. Said survey is hereby
fully incorporated herein by this reference.
SECTION 3. JOINDER AND CONSENT. The property owner, Ramon
Martinez, shall be required to fully execute the attached Joinder and Consent as a condition of
approval of the boundary adjustment authorized by this Resolution.
SECTION 4. RECORDATION OF THE RESOLUTION AND JOINDER
AND CONSENT. Upon execution and approval of this Resolution and the Joinder and
Consent, this Resolution shall be recorded in the Official Records of Seminole County, Florida,
and Lots 231 and 232 shall thereafter be legally described as official lots of record for conveyance
and development purposes in accordance with the survey attached to this Resolution.
SECTION 5. EFFECTIVE DATE. This Resolution shall take effect
immediately upon its adoption, except that the boundary adjustment authorized hereunder shall
not take effect until such time as this Resolution and the Joinder and Consent are recorded
pursuant to Section 4 herein.
ADOPTED by the City Commission of the City of Winter Springs, Florida, in a Regular
Meeting duly assembled on the 23rd day of October, 2017.

JOINDER AND CONSENT TO BOUNDARY ADJUSTMENT
LOTS 231 AND 232, TUSKAWILLA UNIT 14B IN THE CITY OF WINTER SPRINGS,
SEMINOLE COUNTY, FLORIDA
I, Ramon Martinez, am the owner of Lots 231 and 232, Tuskawilla Unit 14B in the City of Winter
Springs, Seminole County, Florida. I join in and consent to the boundary line adjustment affecting
Lots 231 and 232, Tuskawilla Unit 14B in the City of Winter Springs, Seminole County, Florida, as
specifically requested by me and authorized by the City Commission of Winter Springs by
Resolution No. 2017-16. The new legal descriptions for Lots 231 and 232shall hereafter be legal
described as set forth in the survey attached to Resolution No. 2017 -16-
