C. Deisler -,5u �,�,� Code Enforcement Division • During a patrol, I noticed this home presenting as overgrown with grass and weeds exceeding the maximum allowable height per code. There was also a pile of concrete debris chunks on the side of the house. The paint on the house is faded where the building material underneath is exposed to the elements. The markings for the house location are also not up to code specifications. • The Notice of Code Violation letter was sent certified and delivered to both the owner and registered agent on June 19, 2017. ;vrv,,� ,� Code Enforcement Division • The grass violation was found to be remedied on June 26, 2017 so it is not being presented but the other violations remain. • The Notice of Code Board hearing was mailed certified and received by both the owner and registered agent on July 24, 2017. The property and City Hall bulletin board were posted with the hearing notice on July 18, 2017. • The chunks of concrete have been removed, however, the remaining violations persist. No contact has been made with the owner. Paint faded from the front walls on either side of entry.
