• During a patrol, I noticed this home presenting as
overgrown with grass and weeds exceeding the maximum
allowable height per code. There was also a pile of
concrete debris chunks on the side of the house. The paint
on the house is faded where the building material
underneath is exposed to the elements. The markings for
the house location are also not up to code specifications.
• The Notice of Code Violation letter was sent certified and
delivered to both the owner and registered agent on June
19, 2017.

• The grass violation was found to be remedied on June 26,
2017 so it is not being presented but the other violations
remain.
• The Notice of Code Board hearing was mailed certified
and received by both the owner and registered agent on
July 24, 2017. The property and City Hall bulletin board
were posted with the hearing notice on July 18, 2017.
• The chunks of concrete have been removed, however, the
remaining violations persist. No contact has been made
with the owner.
Paint faded from the front walls on either side of entry.
