Regular Meeting Authorization REQUEST: The Parks and Recreation Department wish to provide the Parks and Recreation Advisory Committee with an overview of the Hometown Harvest Event and ask for any suggestions or comments to share with the ICS committee. CONSIDERATIONS:  ICS committee meets regularly to discuss all City events  Hometown Harvest is a very popular event because of the Kid’s hayride. We may have to adjust the ride due to some construction just east of the event site.  Date of the event is November 4, 2017. RECOMMENDATION: The Parks and Recreation Department recommends that the Parks and Recreation Advisory Committee consider and discuss the information provided in this Agenda Item.
