C. Deisler -,5u �,�,� Code Enforcement Division • During a patrol of this area, I noticed several issues that were brought to my attention by other city staff. One of the issues was that several of the landscaping plants and bushes were dead and left unattended. All of the flower beds have the irrigation drip tubes exposed from lack of mulch or other cover product which is unsightly. • Additionally, the grounds and specifically the dumpster enclosure and surrounding area is littered with trash and other j unk. ;vrv,,� ,� Code Enforcement Division • The Notice of Code Violation letter was mailed certified and received on April 25, 2017. This Code Board hearing notice was mailed Certified to the owners of the property and received on May 18, 2017. The property and City Hall bulletin board were posted with the hearing notice on May 12, 2017. • I have not noticed any progress on the property. There is still several items of junk and trash on the property and in the dumpster enclosure. The dead landscaping is still present and the drip tubes are exposed. I am recommending the Respondent be given until July 14, 2017 to come into compliance. If found in non- compliance, a' $100.00 per day assessment be filed on this property.
