Pool and deck not required setback from property line. If the Code Enforcement Board finds your property in violation of the above referenced City Code (s) you can be fined up to $250 per day for each day the violation continues and you can be charged for the costs that are incurred by the city in prosecuting the the event violation fines and the costs are not paid within a reasonable time there can be a lien filed against the property in accordance with Florida State Statute Section 162.09. Winter Springs City Code 6- (d) Permits. A building pen-nit shall be required before construction or placement can 84(d) take place. No accessory building shall be permitted prior to construction of the principal building Winter Springs City Code 6 -212 Before any work is commenced on the construction of a pool or any structural alteration, addition or the remodeling thereof, an application for a pennit to construct such pool, accompanied by two (2) sets of plans and specifications and pertinent explanatory data, shall be furnished to the building official of the city for his approval, and no part of the work shall be commenced until the building official has granted such permit to construct and has further evidenced his approval by a suitable endorsement upon such plans and specifications, and no such pool shall be used until final inspection has been made and approved by the building official.
