• This property came to the attention of code enforcement in
the middle of last year due to a complaint about the
temporary fence barrier erected in between this home and
the neighbor at 201 Arrowhead Ct. Pressed OSB style
boards have been put in place to close a 40' gap in the
brick wall between the homes, as there is a pool at 203.
• The property owner, Mr. Davila, has an open Fence
replacement permit from July 2016. It is valid until July
2017 since it was extended by City Hall. Despite this open
permit, no work has been done to start the permanent
proj ect.

• Since the permanent project has not started, the owner has
left the temporary wood barrier in place, however, this
material does not meet code standards. It should be noted
that the owner has all of the materials for the permanent
installation of the new fencing but he has not installed it
• The NCV letter was sent and it was received by Mr. Davila
on February 9, 2017. There was a correction date of
February 27, 2017 provided. Nothing was done.

The notice of code board hearing was mailed certified to
Mr. Davila, however, the original mailing cards were not
returned to me so the date of service is unknown. Based
on this, as a precaution a second certified notice was
mailed and that notice was posted at the property and City
Hall to satisfy the statutory requirements on March 13
2017.

• I recommend the respondent be provided until April 14
2017 to comply with a fine of $100.00 per day assessed for
non - compliance.
