Deisler Code Enforcement Division • This property was originally brought to the Board on September 27, 2016 for a structure and electrical work installed without a permit. • The property was found in violation of Florida Building Code 105. 1 and given until October 31 , 2016 to comply with a fine of $250.00 per day. To date, the unpermitted electrical work is still installed on the side of the building. • Since the first hearing, the business has indicated they were closed temporarily, however, the unpermitted electrical installation remains. s -,r �F 4JkL •1 Unpermitted lighting still in place- 1/24/17 ;vrv ,,� ,� Code Enforcement Division • The Notice of this Non-Compliance Hearing was delivered Certified to the owner of the property on November 28, 2016 and to the tenant on November 26, 2016. The property and City Hall bulletin boards were also posted with the hearing notice. • I have had no contact with anyone in this matter. It is requested the Board's order be recorded as a lien.
