Scope of Work I. Winter Springs Water Plant#I Furnish and install an TP Video Surveillance System for the Winter Springs Water Plant# 1. The proposed IP Video Surveillance System will include a total of seven(7)high definition(HD) 1080p exterior fixed IP cameras that are weather proof and vandal resistant,with an optional ADDER to furnish and install one(1)high definition(HD)I 080 interior fixed TP dome camera installed on the inside of the main building. The seven(7)exterior cameras will be installed at the following locations: • Camera# 1 will be installed on the SW light post to view the SW well as well as the fence line • Camera#2 will also be installed on the SW light post,but to view the NW water tank • Camera#3 will be installed on the SE light post to view the chlorine tanks and surrounding area • Camera#4 will also be installed on the SE light post,but to view the NE water tank • Camera#5 will be installed on the SE corner of the main building to view the front gate • Camera#6 will be installed on the NE light post to view the main building as well as the front parking area • Camera#7 will also be installed on the NE light post,but to view the NE well and some fence line Infinity AV will furnish and install one(1)8-port PoE+switch in the back room of the main building,which will provide the PoE to all(7)camera locations.The PoE+switch will require connection to the existing network backbone in order for the camera data to communicate with the server located at the police station IT department.It's assumed that a spare network port is available for this connection to the network backbone,and the necessary bandwidth is available between sites.The 8- port PoE+switch that we're providing is to be installed on the existing shelf located in the back room. This proposal also includes the underground conduit necessary for the new camera cabling,as well as the required flooded CAT5e cabling,from each of the three(3)light posts back into the main building,where it will be surface-mounted up the wall to penetrate into above ceiling space. A standard 4"electrical junction box will be furnished and installed at the base of each light post.Within the main building the CAT5e cabling will be free wired above the ceiling back to the PoE switch. Infinity AV assumes that above ceiling access is available for the installation of this cabling.The light post conduit will be surface mounted up each pole 12'—15'to the cameras at each of the three(3)pole locations.The underground conduit raceway will require us to bore under the driveway and is included in this proposal.All required penetrations,caulking etc. will be provided by Infinity AV as part of the conduit raceway system,however,it's assumed that painting of the exposed conduit raceway will be provided by others. Below we have included an optional ADDER for a 12-port PoE surge protector for the headend network equipment,which will be installed in the back room of the main building where the existing network equipment resides. An additional optional ADDER is included to furnish and install individual camera Poll surge protection at each of the seven(7)outside camera locations. Both surge protection ADDERS include furnishing and installing a six foot ground rod with required cabling,(1) in the back room of the main building for the headend,(1)at each of the three light posts for the pole mounted cameras,and (1)at the outside of the main building for the wall mounted gate camera. 130 Bomar Court, Suite 110, Longwood,FL 32750 Phone:407-339-0238 Fax:407-339-0245 www.infinityavandsecurity.com In addition,this proposal also includes the breakout cost on a per camera basis for an exterior weather proof and vandal resistant high definition(HD)1080p Pan/Tilt/Zoom(PTZ)IF camera,as well as the breakout cost on a per camera basis for the two types of fixed cameras that are included in the base proposal. This breakout cost for these cameras is for the camera only and does not include any installation,cabling,cabling labor,mounting brackets,or PoE equipment that may be required based on each camera application.These additional costs would require more specific information,generally warranting a site survey to determine individual application requirements prior to Infinity AV providing a definitive cost associated with each installation. Equipment to be Provided as a part of the Winter Springs Plant#1 Scope • Three(3)HD 1080p exterior fixed IP cameras w/1.8—3 mm wide angle lens(American Dynamics ADC1610-D321) • Four(4)HD 1080p exterior fixed IP cameras w/3—9 mm varifocal lens(American Dynamics ADC1610-13021) • Six(6)camera pole mount adaptors(American Dynamics ADCDMPOLE) • Six(6)camera gooseneck arms(American Dynamics ADLOMARM) • Six(6)camera pendant caps(American Dynamics ADCIM6PENDCAPWK) • One(1)camera wall mount(American Dynamics CIM6WALLWK) • Two(2)PoE extenders(Axis T8129) • One(1)8-port PoE+switch(Trendnet TPE-T80) • All required camera licenses for this proposed installation • All required outdoor rated CAT SE cable(West Penn M57561) • All required stainless steel strapping&mounting hardware for the proposed cameras • All required cable connectors • All required schedule 40 PVC conduit and fittings A IP Infrastructure NVR& Wiwte This proposal assumes that the existing network backbone infrastructure for all data communications between cameras, servers,video walls,and sites will be utilized and that the necessary bandwidth is available or can be configured by your IT personnel to support the proposed IP CCTV system.This proposal for the IP infrastructure includes one(1)American Dynamics VideoEdge rack-mount network video recorder(NVR)w/6 TB of usable video storage.This NVR supports up to 128 cameras,a total of 800 Mbps of video throughput(400 Mbps to disc&400 Mbps to remote clients),and offers expandable onboard storage capacity of up to 36TB of raw disk storage(33TB of usable RAIDS storage).The VideoEdge NVR is to be installed in the existing data equipment rack at the Winter Springs City Hall Building.It's our understanding that the existing data equipment rack has the available rack space required(2 RU)and the available depth space required (27")for this NVR. Also included is the Victor Professional,Victor Site Manager client software that includes 5 concurrent connection licenses. This software allows you to manage live and recorded video from the VideoEdge NVR at the remote client locations.This software will be installed on the VideoEdge NVR for two(2)remote client locations. The two(2)remote locations will require owner provided PCs for remote monitoring(one in the Communications Center/Dispatch and the other in the EOC). Infinity AV will provide the IT personnel with the minimum requirements and coordinate configuration of the machines. (Please note that only two(2)of the five(5)concurrent connection licenses that are included will be utilized for the two(2) remote locations and that there are three(3)concurrent connection licenses available for future use). Below we have included an optional ADDER to upgrade the 6 TB of usable video storage that's included in the base proposal to either 18TB of raw disk storage(15TB of usable RAIDS storage)or 36TB of raw disk storage(33TB of usable RA1D5 storage).The 6 TB of video storage that's included in the base proposal can easily provide 30 days of storage for the seven(7)cameras that are included;however,as additional cameras are added or configuration changes are made,storage retention will decrease.For this reason,we're providing you with an 18 TB and a 36 TB optional upgrade ADDER to prevent having to add storage as the system is augmented. IP Infrastructure Monitor and Communications Center/Dispatch Infinity AV will furnish and install a 47"HD LED monitor with an articulating wall mount and cabling for the Winter Springs Police Department Communications Center/Dispatch room.This monitor will be utilized for monitoring any new cameras installed on the proposed CCTV system.Infinity AV will furnish and install the required VGA cabling from the monitor to the owner provided work station located within this room. It's assumed that the wall that this monitor is to be mounted on is able to support the weight of the monitor and mount.If backing is required,it shall be provided by others or at additional cost.It's also assumed that 120VAC power will be furnished and installed by others at the monitor location. Equipment to be Provided as a part of the If Infrastructure Monitor&.Communications Center/Dispatch Scone • One(1)47"HD LED Monitor(LG 47LN541C) • One(1)Large Universal Articulating Wall Mount(Promount UA PRO 230) • All required VGA cabling&connectors IV. IP Infrastructure Monitor at the EOC Infinity AV will furnish and install a 47"HD LED monitor with a ceiling mount and cabling for the Winter Springs Police Department EOC room.This monitor will be utilized for monitoring any new cameras installed on the proposed CCTV system. Infinity AV will furnish ad install the required VGA cabling from the monitor to the owner provided work station located within this room. The existing ceiling mount monitor that's in this room will be removed and the new monitor will be installed utilizing the existing pole mount at this location. Infinity AV will install the new display mount and monitor to this existing pendant pipe already installed in the ceiling. Additionally,this warranty includes our exclusive"Infinity Warranty"which covers all workmanship associated with this proposal throughout the lifetime of the system. AMDeduct Alternates and Options Infinity AV and Security will furnish and install one(1)high definition(HD) 1080p interior fixed IP APPROVED dome camera,including cable and configuration,on the inside of the main building of the Water Treatment Plant(American Dynamics ADC 1610-DO11).The cost for this additional scope of work would be an ADD in the amount of:$1,017.81 Infinity AV and Security will furnish and install one(1)12-port POE surge suppressor(Ditek DTK- APPROVED RMI2POE)in the back room of the main building where the network equipment resides.This includes a six foot ground rod with required ground wire to properly ground the system.The cost for this additional scope of work would be an ADD in the amount of.$884.25 Infinity AV and Security will furnish and install a total of seven(7)surge suppressors,(1)at each of the(7) APPROVED exterior camera locations(Ditek DTK-MRJPOE).These surge suppressors will be installed in the pendant mount of each exterior camera.Infinity AV will also furnish and install a six foot ground rod with required ground wire at each of the three(3)light posts and at the outside of the main building where the wall mounted camera for the main gate will be installed.The cost for this additional scope of work would be an ADD in the amount of-$1,312.11 Infinity AV and Security will furnish and install an 18TB NVR(American Dynamics ADVER18MID), APPROVED instead of the 6TB NVR included in the base proposal.The cost for the 18TB NVR would be an ADD to the base proposal in the amount of:$4,725.00 Infinity AV and Security will furnish and install a 36TB NVR(American Dynamics ADVER36MM), APPROVED instead of the 6TB NVR included in the base proposal.The cost for the 36TB NVR would be an ADD to the base proposal in the amount of:$12,150.00 Infinity AV and Security will furnish one(1)exterior,weather proof and vandal resistant high APPROVED definition(HD)1080p Pan/Tilt/Zoom IP camera(American Dynamics ADC1625-PI21)and one(1) 1-Port POE Injector(Axis T8123). The cost is for the equipment only,which does not include installation,cabling or the mounting brackets&hardware. The cost for five(5)licenses installed on the NVR would be an ADD to the base proposal in the amount of$1,380.00 uall rcatlons Specific to this Proposal • As per your request,this proposal does not include interfacing the existing analog video surveillance system with the newly proposed IP system mentioned above,if it is determined this is required Infinity can provide a cost proposal to include this scope of work at a later date. • As per our conversation during the initial walkthrough,the client work stations(PC's)for remote viewing at the video wall locations(Dispatch&EOC)are to be furnished and installed by the Winter Springs IT department. Infinity AV will install and configure the client software on these two work stations and connect the required VGA cabling from the two monitors,but the connectivity from these work stations to the your network is to be provided by your IT department. • Camera licensing on the proposed server is included at no additional cost when utilizing American Dynamics cameras,however please note that if third party cameras are added in the future,an additional cost per camera for licensing will be required. • This proposal does not include the"sofhvare support agreement"that's offered through American Dynamics on an annual basis. It's not a requirement but is an option that's available that can be discussed should this proposal be accepted. • Per our discussions during the wa€kthrough,it is our understanding that the City's existing network infrastructure that would be required between each of the facilities is in place and is capable of handling the increased network bandwidth traffic that would be generated by this new IP camera system.Any required changes to the City's infrastructure would need to be provided by others. Terms and Conditions • All pricing is valid for 30 days of date provided. • Project will be progress billed on a monthly basis for all completed work and delivered/stored materials. • Installation/As-built drawings will be provided(if required)as long as AutoCAD.DWG files are made available to Infinity AV at no additional cost. • Unless explicitly outlined in the scope of work,any electrical requirements such as conduit,pull boxes,power,grounding,etc.(if required)are to be provided and installed by others. • All cabling for this project is non-plenum rated,if it is determined that plenum cable is required for this project,it will be provided at additional cost. • Pricing does not include sales tax.Sales tax will be added to all invoices at time of billing unless a valid tax exempt certificate is provided. • All invoices will be billed on NET 30 day terns unless noted otherwise in this document;all invoices/balances not paid within these terms are subject to a 2%monthly finance charge.In addition,any unpaid balances owed to Infinity AV and Security are subject to collection.Any reasonable costs incurred by Infinity AV and Security in association with the collection of outstanding debt(including collection and/or attorneys fees)will be fully reimbursable by the debtor or as allowed by Florida law, • Warranty covers the warranty repair of all new equipment provided by Infinity AV under this proposal.It does not cover repairs to previously installed equipment,equipment installed by others or equipment damaged due to misuse,abuse,neglect or acts of God.
