• Upon investigation, found fence falling over, pool
stagnant, grass overgrown, and property in general
disrepair.
• NCV mailed Certified/Return Receipt on July 15, 2016
and posted at the property on that date.

• August 3, 2016- NCV and Letter of Intent to Remedy for
overgrown grass mailed to the new owners as reflected by
Seminole County Property Appraiser's Office.
• August 9, 2016- Grass cut, all other issues still present
• Property and City Hall posted for Code Board on
September 7, 20116

September 16, 2016- City-contracted landscaper notified to
remedy overgrown grass.
No contact has been made with owner of the property.
