The violations persisted and the Notice of Code Board hearing was mailed and received on August 9, 2016. -,5u ,, , Cade Enforcement Division Since the receipt of the Notice of Code Violation letter, I have had frequent contact with the representative of the property owner. There has been extensive work done to rehabilitate the business and make it operational again. Painting has started, trash and debris removed, the awning has been repaired, and trees trimmed or removed as needed.
