FISCAL IMPACT: Ifthespecialexceptionsareapproved,andtheprojectisdevelopedasanagerestricted(55+)fee- simple owned senior condominium projectwith 108 units, then the project willprovide an increase to the City’s taxable value. The potential tax revenue of the proposed project is still to be determined; however, the project at completion is preliminarily estimated to have an assessed taxable value of $30 million.
