Springs, Florida as the Commissioner for District Two since he was Elected on November 7, 2006 and served in this capacity for
eight years; and
has greatly benefited the reside nts and his
'WHEREAS, the dedication, efforts, and leadership of neighbors of of Win .er Springs, both by being a beloved and admired ]Public official., and also as one of the first business owners in
the Winter Springs Town Center, and in this capacity has provided a family friendly environment for more than ten years; and
during that time held numerous events for a myriad of important charitable causes to include the winter Springs Police Explorers,
Winter Springs Association, "Shop with a Cop", "Cops for Kids House", "Relay for Life", "National Night Out", and various
motorcycle runs; as well as holding events for numerous City Staff members, whether it was to commemorate a City success or to
Mold a fundraiser for someone in reed; and

served the community in evert more ways to include past and present service as Chairman and one of the Board of Directors for
the Boys Town and Honor Flight organizations, served on the Board of Directors for Seminole Behavioral Healthcare, served as the
Fast President of Leadership Seminole, -is a life member er of the Naval War College foundation, and also 'holds key positions with
irnediaReachg and New wave Bio Sciences; and

with sincere appreciation and acknowledgement on behalf of the citizens of inter Springs; is commended for his steadfast and
exceptional contributions as a valued member of the City of Winter Springs' City Commission, and is thanked for being one of the
most caring and generous members of the winter Springs community.
