It utilizes the Primrose standard floor plan and basic elevation. Elements of design that are important to consider in early childhood environments are softness, variety of texture, color, and lighting. When planned carefully, these elements can help to establish an aesthetically pleasing, homelike environment. Modifications such as additional dormers and faux front entrance have been incorporated to provide a two story feeling to the building without overburdening the project cost with unusable space and still maintaining the desired homelike appeal. The color palate has been elected with the specific intent of blending in with the existing town homes to our north.
