Preliminary must be approved . 2 . Final Plat must be presented twenty ( 20) days prior to a regularly scheduled meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission . 3 , Final Plat linen and five ( 5 ) copies of the linen and appropriate engineering drawings must be submitted . 4 . All signatures must be on the linen before it is presented . If all signatures are not on the linen , it will not be • accepted . 5 . Before the plat can be presented to the Board of Commissioners , the County Engineer will present a signed check sheet to the Planning Department . 6 . Bond( s ) and Certificate of Title (see Subdivision Regulations p . 12 "c" and "e " ) must be presented before 12 : 00 Noon Friday in order to present a plat to the Board on the following Tuesday . 7 . Contractor ' s estimates for paving , drainage and sidewalks shall be presented with the bond . • 8. All final plats will be presented during the County Planner ' s report before the Board of Commissioners between 3 : and 4 : 00 P . M . , on Tuesdays . The Developer or his representative must be present during this presentation . 9. Final Plats will be turned over to the Clerk ' s Office immediately after approved by the Board of Commissioners and will not be removed from the Clerk ' s Office without his written permission . NOTE : Once a Final Plat is presented to the Planning Department , it will not be removed without the County Planner ' s approval . David T .
