Assessment Services Agreement Extension and Addendum,
For: Special Assessment Program Legal Services
Original Contract Date: December 1, 2012

TERMS
The City of Winter Springs has elected to extend the above-mentioned agreement for an
additional (1) year term as per Item 2.1 -Term and Definitions, which is located on Page 1
of the Original Agreement.
Contract extension shall be from December lst. 2014 to November 30th. 2015 and shall be
bound by all covenants, conditions, and addenda of the original agreement. Base cost shall not
exceed a total of $6,000 (Six Thousand Dollars)for Assessment Program Legal Services (Oak
Forest Capital and Maintenance; TLBD Capital Phases I & II and Maintenance). This is the
second contract renewal under this agreement.
ADDENDUM
In addition to the above-mentioned agreement extension,the City has elected to add Assessment
Program Legal Services for the Tuscawilla Phase III Spedal Assessment Area (Debt Service and
Maintenance)to the scope of services as an addendum to the original agreement.The addendum
shall be bound by all the same terms and conditions of the original agreement. Base cost for the
addendum shall not exceed a total of$500 (Five Hundred Dollars).
CONSIDERATION
The City of Winter Springs has been very pleased with services provided for the Oak Forest,
TLBD and the Tuscawilla Phase III Assessment Programs for the previous contract period.
