GOWNI, as Managing Member of the Company, is directed on behalf of the Company, to finalize and consummate on behalf of the Company; RESOLVED FURTHER that it is in the best interest of the Company to consummate the sale of the Property; RESOLVED FURTHER that KAMIL F.
