Except as otherwise provided herein, the terms of the existing Agreement continue in full force and effect. In the event of a conflict between your Agreement and this Renewal Agreement, the provisions of this Renewal Agreement shall control. This Renewal Agreement becomes effective for the next billing period immediately following the date signed above and is non - cancelable for the entire Renewal Term set forth above except as provided herein. Customer may terminate this Renewal Agreement prior to expiration of the initial Renewal Term by notifying Neopost in writing of its desire to terminate and paying a termination amount equal to ninety (90) percent of the remaining payments due during the initial Renewal Term. After the expiration of the Renewal Term, this Renewal Agreement shall automatically renew on a year -to -year basis at the most current list pricing set forth by Neopost (price subject to change).
