NEIGHBORHOOD STREET SIGN AND LIGHT IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT
THIS FIRST ADDENDUM to Neighborhood Street Sign and Light Improvement
Agreement ( "First Addendum ") is made this28 tay of July , 2010, by and between the CITY
OF WINTER SPRINGS, FLORIDA, a Florida municipal corporation, whose address is 1126 East
State Road 434, Winter Springs, Florida ( "City"), and MT. GREENWOOD COMMUNITY
ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida corporation whose address is 4962 N. Palm Avenue, Winter Park,
Florida, 32792 ( "Association ").
RECITALS:
WHEREAS, the City and Association entered into the Neighborhood Street Sign and Light
Improvement Agreement, dated October 29, 2009 ( "Agreement "); and
WHEREAS, the Association desires to amend the Agreement to allow for Twenty -Four (24)
additional decorative street lights; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission approved the addition of the Twenty -Four (24) additional
decorative street lights at the July 26, 2010 City Commission meeting.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and conditions contained
herein, the parties agree as follows:
1.0 Paragraph 4.2 of the Agreement entitled "Decorative Street Lights" shall be amended to
allow for a total of Twenty-Eight (28) decorative street lights.
2.0 All other provisions of the Agreement not modified by this First Addendum and not in
conflict herewith, shall remain in full force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this First Addendum to Neighborhood
Street Sign and Light Improvement Agreement on this 28 tlaay of July 2010.
