A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF Yl'INTER SPRINGS,
FLORIDA, EXPRESSING APPRECIATION TO TOM
WATERS FOR HIS SERVICE ON TILE BOARD OF
ADJUSTMENT.
W HEREAS, TOM WATERS has performed an outstanding service to the public by
representing the City of Winter Springs on the Board Of Adjustment since being Appointed on July 13,
1998; and
WHEREAS, the work and efforts of TOM WATERS has greatly benefited his neighbors and
the residents of Winter Springs; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor and City Commission of the City of Winter Springs, Florida, wish to
express their appreciation and acknowledgement on behalf of the citizens of Winter Springs and to
`
commend TOM W for his conscientious and faithful service.
Now THEREFORE, BE I T RE SOLVED by the City Commission of the City of Winter
Springs, Florida that:
SECTION I, — That this Resolution of Appreciation for the service of Tom WATERS be
recorded upon the Public Records and Minutes of said City Commission of the City of Winter Springs,
Florida. WATERS II. — That a copy of this Resolution be II

heartfelt thanks for a job well done!
