Cost of improvements and maintenance, including water run off, draining, paving, street lighting and/or other expense is to be po"d by lot owners in equal shares of 12.5%. All lot owners are to adhere to the majority decision on these matters. Development of front 50 feet of each lot facing Hartman Lane is to be approved by majority of other owners.
