You have interpreted the Deed Restrictions to require that on the street which the house faces there must be a setback of 35 feet and on the street which does not have the house facing thereto the setback is 25 feet. I have studied the restrictions in question and although they are somewhat ambiguous, I agree with your interpretation thereof. Therefore, there must be a setback of 35 feet on the street which the house generallyfuces and a setback of 25 feet on the other street.
