OFFICIALLY RECOGNIZES

W HERE AS, CFK is a Youth Sports Partner to the City of Winter Springs, and with their incredible contributions to our City over
the past nine years, we would like to say Thank You and share how much we appreciate their service to our City. These valuable
residents and community leaders have partnered with the City's Parks and Recreation Department to provide a very important
recreation element to our community, families, and businesses through Youth Sports Leagues, Tournaments, Camps, and Clinics; and
NIA IFRF \S. The Mayor and the City Commission of the City of Winter Springs, Florida wish to recognize CFK for the incredible
contributions that they have brought to this community. We appreciate the organizations' commitment to building strong families,
good health and a sense of achievement in our kids; and
Combined Winter Springs Partnership Highlights from 2001 -2010 include:
• Generated City revenue of approximately $500,000.00 over the past nine years
• Contributed over 135,000 Volunteer hours annually (saving the City over one million dollars annually in part-time Staff pay)
• Won District and State Championships and attained College Scholarships for several athletes
NOW, THEREFORE, I, JOHN F_ RUSH,. Mayor of the City of Winter Springs, by virtue of the authority vested in me as
