State Road 434 Winter Springs, Fla. 32708 Dear Steven: As discussed with you, the Highlands HOA has approved two additional street lights to our current project that increases the project to a total of 64 lights. Since Progress Energy replaced the concrete pole with the new lighting at the entrance at 434 and Sheoah in error, neither the city nor the Highlands is liable for any expense, i.e. new pole and construction costs. The other additional light is to be located at the 4 way stop at Shepard and Sheoah Circle. Please keep in mind, even with these additions; we are still short two lights with the original proposal. I don't want Progress Energy to forget. Thanks again for all your assistance in this matter. Yours truly, /anet Megow, P ident
