McLemore, City Managerr November 8,2004 FROM: DATE: SUBJ: Senior Management Hurricane Duty In response to your request for a compensation strategy for senior management for extraordinary hours of duty, please review the following two options. 1) Bonus based upon a % of time put in. In this case a senior management employee would receive a % of his or her regular rate of pay. I would recommend 50% of the hours worked times regular pay.
