REQUEST:
The City Manager is requesting that the City Commission authorize a
supplemental appropriation in the amount of $6,000 from the General Fund to
Line Code 1100-54800 (promotional Activities) to cover the upcoming expenses
needed for the August 8, 2003 Advisory Board and Committee Appreciation
Dinner.
PURPOSE:
The purpose of this Agenda Item is for a supplemental appropriation from the
General Fund in the amount of $6,000, which needs to be transferred to Line Code
1100-54800 (Promotional Activities) to cover the upcoming expenses needed for
the August 8, 2003 Advisory Board and Committee Appreciation Dinner.
CONSIDERATIONS:
The funds for Line Code 1100-54800 (Promotional Activities) for this Fiscal Year
have almost been depleted, and additional funds are needed to cover the costs for
the upcoming 2003 Advisory Board and Committee Appreciation Dinner.

FUNDING:
Funding to be transferred from the General Fund to 1100-54800 (Promotional
Activities),
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends that the City Commission approve a supplemental
appropriation in the amount of $6,000 to cover the costs for the upcoming 2003
Advisory Board and Committee Appreciation Dinner.
