REQUEST:
The City Clerk respectfully requests that Commissioner Michael S. Blake make
an Appointment to the Oak Forest Wall and Beautification District Advisory
Committee.
PURPOSE:
This Appointment is needed to replace a current vacancy on the Oak Forest Wall
and Beautification District Advisory Committee.
CONSIDERA TIONS:
Commissioner Michael S. Blake is requested to make an Appointment to the Oak
Forest Wall and Beautification District Advisory Committee to replace Mr. Paul
Krebs who recently resigned from the Oak Forest Wall and Beautification District
Advisory Committee, to serve on the Code Enforcement Board.
This Committee typically meets on the second Thursday of each month, beginning
at 7:00 p.m.
The Term of Service is for three (3) years.

If this Appointment is not made at this Meeting, this matter will be placed on
subsequent Agendas until the vacancy has been filled, or as otherwise suggested
by Commissioner Michael S. Blake.
