REQUEST:
The City Clerk respectfully requests that Deputy Mayor Robert S. Miller make an
Appointment to the Beautification of Winter Springs Board.
PURPOSE:
This Appointment is needed to replace a current vacancy on the Beautification of
Winter Springs Board.
CONSIDERATIONS:
Deputy Mayor Robert S. Miller is being requested to make an Appointment to the
Beautification of Winter Springs Board to replace Mr. Dick Crenshaw who
recently resigned from the Beautification of Winter Springs Board to serve on the
Code Enforcement Board.
This Committee typically meets on the second Wednesday of each month,
beginning at 7:00 p.m.
The Term of Service is for three (3) years.

If this Appointment is not made at this Meeting, this matter will be placed on
subsequent Agendas until the vacancy has been filled, or as otherwise suggested
by Deputy Mayor Robert S. Miller
RECOMMENDATION:
Deputy Mayor Robert S. Miller is requested to make an Appointment to the
Beautification of Winter Springs Board.
ATTACHMENT:
A. Copy of Mr. Crenshaw's Resignation from the Beautification of Winter
Springs Board.

Subj: Resignation from the beautification of Winter Springs
It has been a real pleasure to work with the BOWS Board,but I must resign so I can serve
on the Code Enforcement Board. The dedication of BOWS Board is very impressive.
They all seem to be very knowledgeable and willing to jump in on what ever project the
city needs or request.
Thank you for allowing me to serve on the BOWS Board, I have learned a great deal
about flowers and landscaping.
