Stormwater Utili Subject: Barrimrton Estates I have received the "as-built" engineering, engineer's certification of completion and the two-year maintenance bond for the water and sewer for the subject project. I have reviewed the submittals and performed an "as-built" inspection and re-inspection of the site. I found them in general conformance to the approved engineering plans and applicable code with the exception of the landscaping requirements of the site to be addressed by the City Commission. I recommend this project be forwarded to the City Commission for final acceptance.
