REQUEST:
The Community Development Department Arborist requests the City Commission consider
information about tree replacement plantings a 630 Cheoy Lee Circle.
PURPOSE:
The purpose of this agenda item is to advise the City Commission of the completion of replanting
in response to questions from the November 10,2003 City Commission meeting.
CONSIDERATIONS:
Brian Oliver, who resides at 630 Cheoy Lee Circle, was required to replant seven replacement
trees. He asked to wait until the Tuskawilla Office Park had completed their buffer planting so
he could better position the replacement trees. Now that requirement has been fulfilled with
sixteen replacement trees planted on the private property at 630 Cheoy Lee Circle. Three of
those trees were supplied by the Tuskawilla Office Park developer and the remaining ones were
reported to cost Mr. Oliver $1,700.
