REQUEST: The Public Works Department is informing the City Commission of a public meeting
to be held to.discuss the construction of Main Street on April 4, 2002
PURPOSE: The purpose of this Commission item is to inform the Commission that a public
meeting will be held during at 7:00 PM on April 4, 2002 to acquaint the citizens living
along TuskawiIla Road north of State Road 434 (Main Street) of the pending
improvements to Tuskawilla Road.
CONSIDERATIONS:
Construction of the Tuskawilla Road improvements is part of the Hickory
Grove Park Road and TuskawiIla Road Roadway Improvements Project. There will

with our consultants wanted to inform the residents and receive input before finalizing
the Maintenance of Traffic Plan. Staff previously met with School Board staff to
discuss the maintenance of traffic as it relates to the school calendar including peak
summer school traffic.
The meeting will be held on April 4, 2002 at 7:00 PM in the eommission
Chambers. Signage has posted along Tuskawilla Road inviting the residents. The
Tuskawilla Trace and St. Johns Landing HOA's have been notified in writing.
